A name, place, or other term entered into a search box passes to the third-party provider that operates that tool. This site does not store or log those search terms on its own systems. A provider's privacy terms govern the query after submission.
If you send an email or contact message, its contents and contact details are kept as needed to answer. Messages are not shared outside the organization unless the reply requires a service provider or disclosure is required by law.
